Preface: 2040. A spherical human and a centaur hacked a satellite and discovered an email conversation by the artist collective Blond & Gilles from 2040. They read it out together. In this context; 2040 the city of Marseille is flooded. The MUCEUM already a steel ruins. Other contemporary buildings, such as the Unité d Habitation built by le Corbusier, no longer exist. In this dialogue B&G design a cityscape of the future in wich the climate plays a major role. In der Film-Dokumentation DYSTOTUPIA ist die Stadt Marseille 2040 überschwemmt, das Museum der Zivilisationen, das noch nicht lange existierte, bereits eine stählerne Ruine die aus dem Meer ragt. Andere zeitgenössische Bauten, wie die Unité d Habitations des Architekten Le Corbusier, auch der Turm von Jean Nouvel existieren nicht mehr. In DYSTUTOPIA, entwerfen B&G ein Stadtbild der Zukunft, in welchem das Klima und die Klima- Veränderungen eine grosse Rolle spielen. Im fiktiven Dialog sprechen B&G darüber, wie vermehrt Reisfelder angelegt werden und man sich mit Perma Kultur auseinandersetzt. Marks Blond Project R.f.z.K. in cooperation with Blond & Gilles.
